Noodles

So your all dieing to hear how my noodle making went. Or maybe not.
It was fun. It was fairly on the easy side and they tasted good. All i can say is when i run out of money to buy food then at least i can make my noodles and we can eat noodles!! I think the hardest part for me was rolling out the dough. at first it didn't want to roll out but then i convinced it that it would be fun to do. Then it rolled out nicely. The noodles cooked up nice and fat.
So what i learned from this is that i need to roll my dough out thinner and i need to learn how to cut straight lines!! MY word i cut every thing but straight noodles. the kids thought that they were so cool that they ate them up so fast. Colton enjoyed them too. So let me know if your interested in how to make them and i will post it for you. You wont believe how easy it is.


By the way Jenny i want to know what the heck a Greek pasta skillet is and how to make it!! PLEASE DO TELL!! Thanks Steph.
